1. Richard Cranium Kolsch Ale 5.25% ABV
A traditional German Kolsch style ale brewed similar to a lager. This one spent about 4 weeks in the fermenter so it came out perfectly!
2. Single Hopped IPA “Mosaic to my Ears” ON TAP 2/21/24 6.5% ABV
Our 2nd single hopped IPA this time made with mosaic hops. Mosaic hops offer a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics that translate very favorably into several styles of beer.
3. Savin’ My Cherry Fruited Red Ale 6.5% ABV
Fruited (sweet red cherry puree’) red ale. This beer started as a different red ale, but did not come out the way we wanted so through a suggestion we “saved” it with cherry puree…we think it was a nice save!
5. SnowBlower Coconut Cream Ale 5.4% ABV
This or our 3rd version of this light beer with the perfect balance of coconut with a touch of vanilla. Drink it with snow falling or just enjoy with a warm fire in the background.
6. BrewHaHa Brown Ale Variant “Fluffy Nuts” ON NITRO 5.25% ABV
Our brown ale base with added flavors of peanut butter cup & marshmallow…combined on nitro makes this a great dessert beer! Named by Niesha Brown owner of “FLOCS & Beyond.”
7. NADA Beer HARD Seltzer (brewed on same equipment BEER is made) 5.25% ABV.
Peach for those that enjoy alcohol but need to enjoy gluten free we introduce our seltzer made with real peaches and peach extract used to enhance the flavor profile. A delightfully refreshing seltzer coming in at a low ABV but still with a slight kick.
8. Tangled Reindeer Winter Spiced Ale 6.0% ABV
A nice twist on a winter spiced ale made with fall spices and a hint of peppermint. Cacao Nibs also used in the making of this ale. A perfect winter spiced ale for winter weather!
9. BrewHaHa Brown Ale 5.25% ABV
A NEW Legend is born…here is our take on a nicely balanced brown ale. Dark colored medium to low body brew more malty than hoppy. Toasty, chocolatey, and coffee flavors.
